During early development and testing, some administrative access is required for debugging and data accuracy. Full privacy protections will be in place within three months of live user testing or once more than 100 external users are active — whichever comes first.

• Activity Data: Non-sensitive information about your usage patterns — pages visited, timestamps, and interaction logs — to help improve Centergy’s performance.
• Content Data: Any information you choose to enter in your personal workspace, including notes, reflections, or preferences.
• Cookies: Temporary data used to maintain sessions and preferences; we do not track you across other sites.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the Centergy platform and its personalized features.
• To debug, test, and validate new functions during early development.
• To communicate service updates, security notices, or community information.
• To ensure fair use and compliance with legal requirements.

3. Data Access & Sharing

During testing, authorized administrators may temporarily view user data for diagnostic purposes only. After the transition to public release, personal content will be private by default, with any shared insights anonymized or aggregated.

• No selling of data: We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• Service providers: Limited third-party services (such as email or SMS) are used only to deliver Centergy messages you request.
• Legal requirements: Data may be disclosed if required by law.

Centergy uses encryption, restricted access, and secure hosting to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we continually improve based on best practices and user feedback.
