Google signs you in directly, or Centergy can send you a secure email sign-in link.

If Google asks for your Google password, that happens between you and Google;
Centergy never sees it. If you choose email instead, Centergy sends a private
sign-in link that proves you have access to that email account without creating
another password.
Centergy emails are optional
You can choose useful Centergy emails later.
